DAY 01
Senggigi – Senaru – Crater Rim – Lake (B.L.D)
Your journey begins with a transfer to Senaru Village, the main gateway for trekking.
- 06.00 AM: Pick up from hotel
- Drive to Senaru Village (arrival around 08.45 AM)
- Light breakfast and registration at Rinjani National Park
Start trekking through dense tropical forest:
- Rich flora, birdlife, and butterflies
- Chance to see the rare black ebony leaf monkey (Lutung)
- Rest at Pos 2 (Montong Satas – 1,500 m)
- Continue trekking with stories and local legends from your guide
Camping location depends on conditions:
- Pos 3 Mondokan Lolak (2,000 m), or
- Senaru Crater Rim (2,641 m)
From the crater rim, enjoy spectacular views:
- Segara Anak Lake
- Active volcano (Mt. Baru Jari)
- Views of Bali and Mount Agung
After enjoying the views, descend to Segara Anak Lake:
- Dinner and overnight at lakeside campsite
- Free time to relax
DAY 02
Lake – Crater Rim – Senaru – Senggigi (B.L.D)
After breakfast, begin your ascent back to the crater rim.
- Trek up to Senaru Crater Rim (±2.5 hours)
- Continue descending to Senaru Village
Enjoy the journey through tropical forest:
- Rich biodiversity (plants, birds, butterflies)
- Chance to see wildlife including Lutung monkeys
- Rest stops along the way
- Trek duration around 7 hours
- Arrival at Senaru Village
- Transfer back to your hotel
