  • Bank Wire Transfer
    Payment can be sent directly to our bank account. Please note that international transfers may take up to 5 working days to be received.
  • Western Union
    Payments via Western Union can be received within one day. A valid transfer code (MTCN) is required for collection.
  • PayPal
    We also accept payments via PayPal for easier and faster transactions.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

To secure your booking and avoid any inconvenience before your arrival:

  • A 50% deposit is required prior to your arrival date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Lombok during the meeting with our representative.
  • Full payment must be completed before starting your trip.

We accept payments in the following currencies:

  • Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • US Dollar (USD)
  • Euro (EUR)
  • Australian Dollar (AUD)
  • British Pound (GBP)

All transactions will be calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure.
  • No refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.
  • No refund is available for no-shows or failure to join the trip at the scheduled time.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

All participants joining our tours should be physically fit and in good health.

  • Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions, so we can accommodate your needs.
  • We recommend bringing your own personal medication, including:
    • Basic first aid (band-aids)
    • Antibiotics
    • Anti-malaria medication
    • Headache relief (e.g., aspirin)

This is especially important when traveling in tropical regions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lombok Travel Online (LTO Tours) acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as transport companies, hotels, and other contractors.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or injury
  • Changes in schedule
  • Delays or irregularities
  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain personal travel insurance before departure.

Please note:

  • Travelers are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance.
  • Lombok Travel Online (LTO Tours) is not responsible for any claims or issues arising from lack of insurance coverage.
