Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort has a health club, an outdoor
pool, a steam room, and a sauna. Business amenities at this
4.5-star property include a business center and small meeting
rooms. This beach resort offers a restaurant, a poolside bar,
and a bar/lounge. For a surcharge, guests have access to a
roundtrip airport shuttle. Guest parking is complimentary. Event
facilities consist of a ballroom and banquet facilities. The
staff can arrange business services and currency exchange.
Additional amenities include a children's pool, spa services,
and tennis courts.
Guestrooms.
The 154 air-conditioned guestrooms at Sheraton Senggigi Beach
Resort include mini bars and safes. Televisions are equipped
with satellite channels. Wired high-speed Internet access
(surcharge) is provided. Beds have premium bedding. Bathrooms
offer showers, bathrobes, hair dryers, and complimentary
toiletries. In addition, amenities available on request include
in-room massages, irons/ironing boards, and wake-up calls.
Housekeeping is offered daily.

Notification and
fees
The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and
collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.
The above list may
not be comprehensive. Mandatory hotel-imposed fees may not
include tax and are subject to change. The following fees and
deposits are charged by the property at time of service,
check-in, or check-out.
1. Airport shuttle fee per adult: USD 13 (one way)
2. Deposit: USD 100 per stay
3. Late check-out: USD 40
4. Fee for in-room high-speed Internet (wired): USD 11 per
24-hour period (rates may vary)

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at
the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and
may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be
guaranteed.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

We are so
pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.

We are not
responsible for any bank charges.
