PRIVACY AND
POLICY
Please read these conditions carefully, they incorporate the basis
upon which bookings are accepted by Lombok Travel Online (LTO
Tours).
CHANGES IN PRICE AND ITINERARIES :
Prices are based on tariffs current at January 2008, in the event
of fluctuations in exchange rates or increases affecting the
prices we pay for transportation, hotel accommodation and services
generally, we reserve the right to adjust our prices as may be
necessary at anytime up to and including the day of departure of
your tour, even though the final payment has been made. If we are
forced to change your booking or part of it for reasons beyond our
control (for instance if an airlines changes its timetable or if a
hotelier over books his hotel accommodation), we reserve the right
to vary your itinerary and will give you, or cause to be given to
you, prompt notice thereof.
In the event that any one changes or series of changes to your
itinerary demonstrates that your tour has hereby become materially
different from that contemplated prior to the change or changes
being effected and in respect of which we have already accepted
your deposit or final payment, you have the right to withdraw from
the tour, and monies already paid will be refunded in full. With
your agreement, we will rearrange your tour by providing
alternative arrangements of, at least, the same standard as the
one originally booked. If, in the likely event we have to cancel
your booking because of insufficient numbers booked or because of
events outside our control, we will, if we are able to, offer you
an alternative tour of similar standard. If you do not accept the
alternative, we will refund in full any monies already paid. It is
essential that you check with our agent whether any such changes
or variations have occurred in the tour you have chosen before you
complete your booking.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT :
A deposit of 30% from the total package price is required at the
time of your booking. The balance of your tour price completing
full payment must reach Lombok Travel Online (LTO Tours). no later than 30
days prior to the commenced of your request. If for any reason
your balance payment is not received by us by the due date, as set
out above, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled
and apply the appropriate cancellation changes.
We are not responsible for any bank charges.

We recommend that you secure reservation for any of the Lombok Travel Online

Or you can book with any travel
agents or tour operator in Bali or any part of the world. However
it is important for you to contact us after made your booking with
your tour operator and make sure that you are not put on the wrong
hand or alternative organizer. Please ring our office and talk
with booking department requesting confirmation number.
LATE BOOKINGS :
Bookings may be accepted up to 7days prior to a tour departure but
will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and may
be subject to the payment.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT :
Must be paid when single traveler have been chosen.
CANCELLATION :
Should you, or a member of your party, be forced to cancel, you
must advise us or our agent in writing, and cancellation is not
effective until we receive this letter. If you cancel at anytime
prior to departure the cancellation fee will be US$50 per person
plus any other charges made by hotels, tours, transportation and
flights. If cancellation is made within 21 days of departure, the
fee will be 30% of the cost of the package fare.
MODIFICATIONS :
After receiving our official confirmation of your tour, any change
of tour, departure date, hotel, type of room, substitution or
reduction of passengers names, will incur a US$30.00 amendment fee
per booking file.
REFUNDS :
No refunds on unused services.
CONSUMER CLAIMS :
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our
local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything
possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove
difficult to take any effective action on your return. If,
however, this matter can not be resolved, please write us to
lomboktravel@gmail.com.
BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS :
All booking arrangements are to be made through our office Lombok Travel Online
(LTO Tours). A firm contract will exist between your self
and Lombok Travel Online (LTO Tours). when your agent or our office issue
our official confirmation of your booking following receipt of the
deposit prescribed. The contract will be governed by and subject
to the terms & conditions and the general information contained in
this site. No variation of the tour conditions shall be of any
effect unless made in writing and with the authority of Lombok Travel Online
(LTO Tours).
SITE CONTENTS :
Lombok Travel Online Ltd. has endeavored to ensure that all
information in this brochure is accurate at the time of uploaded,
but can not accept responsibility for any accuracy, or truth of
statement made. Illustrations are intended to set the mood of each
destination and may not present actual views as seen on specific
tours.
TRAVEL INSURANCE :
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE AN APPROPRIATE COVER AT THE
TIME OF BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY. SO PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE RELIABLE
TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY. Lombok Travel Online Ltd. does not
include travel insurance, accident insurance or any sort of
insurance on this tour.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS :
Each person shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate
visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to
Indonesia must be in possession of passport valid at least six
months after date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa
requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE FARE :
Charges for passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges,
accident and baggage insurance, items of personal nature such as
beverages, laundry service, tips and gratuities and more...
AIR TRAVEL :
Participating carriers on these tours are Merpati Airlines, Lion
Airlines, Batavia Air, and Garuda Airways specially to Lombok
island.
However, it may at certain times be necessary to use the services
of other airlines. No airline will incur responsibility or
liability to any person named in the booking, aside from that
liability as may be incurred as the carrier.
BAGGAGE :
For all domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in luggage
for each passenger to two bags/pieces. However, neither bag/piece
may exceed a total dimension of 20kg each. We recommend you to
take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have
checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage and locked it
to store at our office. We will take it back to you on your
arrival from the trip
TRAVEL ACCOMMODATION :
Lombok Travel Online (LTO Tours). is not itself a carrier or hotelier, not
do we own aircraft, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach
journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your
tour are provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their own
conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings
with Lombok Travel Online (LTO Tours). are subject to the terms and
conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach
operators, hoteliers and other service providers, including but
not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose service we
utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of
death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY :
We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are
satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent
of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our
negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not
accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or
default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach
operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in
connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between
themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the
issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we
have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept
any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any
injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience
caused directly or indirectly by force majored or other events
which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by
reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war,
civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of
God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or
failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or
not involving our employees, and even though such action may be
settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
